for Internal & corporate

Sales kickoffs and town halls don't belong on Eventbrite.

Eventdaddy ships single-tenant deployments, SSO/SAML — and private event flows for the events your security team won't let you put on a public ticketing platform — without losing the operational features you actually need.

01 · What's broken today

Public event tools fail the internal-event sniff test.

Your CISO — your HR team — and your data residency policy all have a problem with putting a 1,200-employee SKO on Eventbrite. So you end up with Excel + Calendar invites + a manual badge-printing day.

Public-only landing pages

Your sales kickoff agenda is confidential. But the platform forces you to either (a) put it on a public URL or (b) email-only register, losing the full registration flow.

No SSO / SAML

You don’t want 1,200 employees creating a separate login. Most event tools either don’t do SSO — or charge $50K extra for it on a custom contract.

Attendance compliance is manual

HR / training compliance often requires "X% of role attended Y session" reports. Without a real check-in flow you’re reconciling badge swipes from the venue with HR’s system manually.

No money exchange — but full registration needed

Internal events are free. But you still need RSVP, dietary tracking, session selection — name badges. Most "free event" tools strip out everything that makes registration useful.

02 · How Eventdaddy fits

The same platform, configured for inside-the-firewall events.

Internal-event-friendly defaults: single-tenant deployments, SSO support, private landing pages — full check-in — and attendance reporting that HR can actually use.

Tenancy

Single-tenant deployment on the Annual plan.

Your data lives in its own isolated database — in the AWS region closest to your team. Backups, logs — and admin controls are scoped to your workspace.

  • Single-tenant on the Annual plan
  • Region selectable per deployment
  • Custom infrastructure setups available on Enterprise — talk to sales
SSO

SSO + SAML 2.0 supported on Enterprise.

Configure with your IdP, Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Auth0. Employees sign in with their corporate identity. SCIM directory sync available on request.

  • SAML 2.0 supported on Enterprise
  • Okta · Azure AD · Google · Auth0 documented guides
  • SCIM directory sync, scoped per deployment
Privacy

Internal-only landing pages.

No public URL. The event landing page is gated by your SSO, only authenticated employees see it. You can also restrict by group, department — or job level using your IdP attributes.

  • No public URL, SSO-gated only
  • Department / group / level restrictions
  • IP allowlist available on Enterprise
Compliance reporting

Attendance reports HR can actually use.

Per-session check-in. Per-employee attendance tracking. Mandatory-attendance flags, manager approval workflows — and post-event "% of role attended" reports.

  • Per-session check-in tracking
  • Manager approval workflow
  • Per-role attendance summary exports
Free events

No 2% ticketing fee. Full registration flow.

Internal events are free. The 2% line item drops to zero. You still get full registration: RSVP, dietary, session selection — name badge, swag size, everything your event team actually needs.

  • 0% ticketing fee on free tickets
  • Full RSVP form + custom fields
  • $5/registration fee still applies on free internal events
Sensitive comms

Comms gated behind SSO.

Pre-event emails, agenda updates — and post-event follow-ups all sent only to employees who registered via SSO. No public link previews, reduced risk of forwarding outside the company.

  • Email-link gated by SSO
  • No public unsubscribe flow exposing employee email
  • Optional self-destructing magic links

03 · Questions IT and security ask first

Honest answers from an early-stage team.

Where is our data stored?

On AWS in the region closest to your team, Mumbai (ap-south-1) by default for India-based organizers, Frankfurt (eu-central-1) for EU. Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Single-tenant deployment on the Annual plan gives you an isolated database.

What does SSO setup look like?

Standard SAML 2.0 SP-initiated flow on Enterprise — we provide the SP metadata — you configure your IdP (Okta / Azure AD / Google / Auth0). SCIM directory sync is supported on request. We will scope the integration on the demo call so you know what to expect.

Can we get a DPA, security questionnaire — or audit report?

We are pre-launch and have not yet completed formal SOC 2 / GDPR audits — these are on our compliance roadmap. We can share a DPA — our current security posture — and answer security-questionnaire items (CAIQ / SIG) directly during the procurement conversation. Email security@eventdaddy.ai to start.
